COVID 19 Guidelines
Let’s Sew Studio have some important new guidelines and information to share with you as we continue to prepare to re-open. These are the steps, precautions and sanitation measures that we are implementing to ensure our students and community members remain safe and healthy.
- Limited capacity (6) students per class
- Temperature check prior entering the studio using no-touch digital thermometer
- Masks will be required by all instructors and students at all times during class
- Social distancing with seating 6-ft apart.
- Handwashing is accessible in the bathroom and hand sanitizers are available in the studio
- All surfaces and tools will be thoroughly wiped down and sanitized after each class.
- All instructors, students, parents or any household member should not come to the studio or attend
class if they have any of the following symptoms: Fever 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills,
fatigue, dry cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, muscle aches
REGISTRATION
You may register a class online, in person at the studio, or by telephone. Due to the design of our small classes, seats are limited. It is best to sign up early and your spot will be ensured once you register.
PAYMENT
Your registration is not complete until we receive payment. Tuition is due in full at time of registration.
A credit card is required at the time of registration to secure lesson time.
Let’s Sew Studio reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment. Should class be canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Let’s sew studio requires a waiver form to be signed for all participants. For participants under eighteen years of age, a parent or guardian must sign prior to attending a class, camp, party or opening studio workshop.
MAKE-UP CLASS
We allow 2 make-up classes. Make-up classes are for students enrolled in the 8-12 week long classes. Make-up classes must be taken during another class time.
We do not offer make-up classes for camps, one time workshops, or birthday parties.
CANCELLATION/REFUND /TRANSFERS POLICY
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 14 days advance notice to receive a refund, minus $15.00 transaction fee charged to you. For any cancellation made within two weeks (14) days prior to start date of class, there will be No Refund. Only a studio credit of equal value will be issued and you may use it towards future classes.
CAMP CANCELLATIONS
There will be No Refund once you are registered. Our class sizes are small, please understand we hold this policy as this allows us to make appropriate preparation and offer available spots to other students enrolling. No refunds, pro-rated credit, or transfers for late arrivals and missed camp days.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATIONS
These lessons are made by appointment only. If you should need to reschedule a different date, please let us know as soon as possible. If your cancellation notice is less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled lesson, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will be charged.
BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATIONS
Birthday parties are made by appointment and require a $65 non refundable deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due on the day of the party. We will contact you for a final guest count 6 days before the party. This will determine your balance. There will be an additional fee for guests added on after the final count.
OPEN STUDIO WORKSHOP POLICY
Open studio is by appointment. It is available by the hour at $10.00. Our studio space allows you to work on your project with the uses of sewing equipment, dress forms, iron, and cutting table. Materials and patterns are not included. Please note that during the use of open studio workshop, instructors are not available to assit with your project. Private lessons are available by appointment, if you would like a one on one instructor.
